Jackson's father, King of heritage re-litigation forum for the dispute

Joe Jackson,LV handbags, father of the late pop star Michael Jackson, has been granted a hearing on October 6 to attempt to remove the executors of his son's estate.


The older Jackson, who was not named in his son's will,louis vuitton shoes, is expected to argue that he should have a say in the potential executors of his son's estate because he was financially dependent on his son Michael. He has therefore requested the removal of the currently-named executors - Michael Jackson's attorney John Branca and music executive and family friend John McClain.
